We accept return requests within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accept
Non-Returnable Products
Customized and altered items cannot be returned.

Opening Your Parcel
Upon receiving your parcel, please record a video of the unboxing.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@staging.vastraji.com from your registered email, including your Order # in the message.

It takes approximately 12-15 business days to process your return or exchange after the request is submitted.

Exchanges
The first exchange is free of shipping charges. Subsequent exchanges will require the customer to bear shipping costs.
Refund Methods
-> For COD orders, refunds (excluding handling charges) are issued as store credits. COD handling charges are non-refundable.
-> For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
